Captain Ted Minnaar hails from South Africa. His past experience is quite broad, Broadcast Television electronic engineering and sales company, a Bush Pilot flying to remote game lodges in Africa as well as a 'Gentleman' farmer breeding stud cattle.  And his great interest and pastime is cooking.  He can always be found joining Gina in the galley where they are able to create meals that have their guest calling for more! He holds a current MCA approved International Offshore Yachtmasters certificate.

Gina Minnaar grew up on the west coast of the USA.  Her background has been in commerce although she spent many years working with an organization concerned with the welfare and future of the Native American people. She is self motivated, loves traveling and is a keen photographer. She enjoys cooking well prepared home style food.  

Gina's menu suggestions:

A selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, fruit juice followed by:

Salad Nicoise 
Spinach and Pasta Salad
Tacos w/fresh galley salad of the day
Pasta: Angel Hair, Linguini or Spaghetti served with your choice of Sauce

Prawns al la Portuguese
Chateau Briand with Béarnaise Sauce


Followed by desserts, cheese & biscuits and after dinner liqueurs
