Meet your crew: Tim Schaaf & Marsha McGoskrie
Tim has skippered charter boats professionally and taught sailing since 1988. For several years, he cruised the Californian and Mexican coasts, and also managed the prestigious Marina Cabo San Lucas, located in the Baja Peninsula. He holds a BA from Harvard and was Stanford University’s Head Golf Coach. Marsha is a trained chef. She specializes in Asian and Middle-Eastern cooking, and but is equally happy to produce Western fare. Her personal favorites tend toward the high-taste, low-fat end of the scale. For many years she worked in the field of Health Communication. |
