Dixie van Orman
Charlie
is a licensed offshore Yacht Master with over 38,000 sea miles, and
though he is one of the most experienced skippers in the British Virgin
Islands. He has also spent hundreds of hours
under the sea as a professional diver. He looks forward to taking
certified divers on many underwater adventures of tropical fish in the
BVI’s.
Dixie is a Canadian who loves to sail and travel, and
was one of the original crew who sailed Liahona to the Caribbean from
South Africa! She brings an international flavor to meals aboard
Liahona. Her creative flair began with a love of entertaining and she
constantly expands her talents with formal chef courses in different
locations where she travels. Her latest specialties are Thai and
Chinese!
