Meet your crew: Matt and Mel Neidlinger


Matt grew up boating, waterskiing and fishing on the Mississippi River in northwestern Illinois.  His father was a US Naval officer and he taught Matt to love and respect the water at an early age.  He first visited the Caribbean in 1989 and knew from that moment that the islands were very special.  He currently holds a USCG 50-ton Master License, and is a PADI Divemaster.  In his spare time he enjoys waterskiing, wakeboarding, snorkeling, and hiking the trails in the BVI.  He also loves playing bartender and tour-guide to those looking for a little adventure. 

Mel has always had an “obsession” with food, be it eating or making it.  So after she graduated from Indiana University with a degree she had little interest in pursuing, she enrolled in the Culinary and Hospitality Institute of Chicago.  It was there that she was able to turn an obsession into a career.  She enjoys cooking… just about everything!  She has a deep appreciation for all cuisines, from Midwest roots of comfort food to International zest.  She enjoys taking an ordinary dish and adding an unexpected flair.  She also enjoys boating and water activities.  As a PADI certified Divemaster, she can assist in showing you the gorgeous sights of the world underwater.

Weekly Charter Rates include all meals and snacks, all hard and soft beverages and all water sports on the boat.  Diving is offered to certified divers at $35 per person per dive, up to 10 dives per week.
