Meet your crew: Harvey Jenkinson & Tracy Ford
Harvey completed his RYA Yacht master certificate at age 18 after a 6 month live-in course at UK Sailing Academy. He spent the next year sailing a 75 ft. yacht over 18,000 miles through So. American and So. Africa. He then did yacht deliveries and perfected his racing skills. Tracy showed a talent for hosting guests and culinary delights. She has completed several courses including chef & galley management. And she is looking forward to another 2 week course this fall. Together they find the charter industry and all aspects of it much to their liking. They look forward to providing top class service to reflect the quality of Pas de Deux. |

Crab Cakes, drizzled with Chili Crème Fraiche Chilean Sea Bass baked in a Lime and
Ginger Sauce Key Lime Pie and Cream/Ice-cream served
with Orange Tuille Biscuits (a local favorite) |
Weekly charter rates include all meals
and snacks, all hard and soft beverages
and all water sports on the boat except
scuba diving at $300 per person per week for one dive per day, including gear.

In summary - the trip was outstanding - far exceeding our expectations. Harvey and Tracy were superb hosts. The boat was pristine and comfortable. Both Tracy and Harvey were a delight to talk to, very knowledgeable and lots of fun. We looked forward each day to sitting down with them in the evening after dinner for drinks and a chat. They both have a great sense of humor and were very good at making us feel at ease and at home on the boat. Tracy's cooking was a real highpoint of the trip. Every meal was not only tailored to our preferences but exquisitely presented and truly scrumptious. The wines that Harvey selected for each meal were exceptional. In fact we had thought we would have one dinner on land but decided since the meals were so fantastic on board we would skip it. We would all highly recommend Harvey, Tracy and Pas De Deux to anyone who wanted an outstanding vacation. In fact we told them we would be happy to be a reference for them anytime. By mid week we all said we were running out of adjectives to describe this amazing trip and once again I find myself in the same position in writing this review. Gordon.....March, '09 |
