Meet the Great Adventure Catamaran Crew:  Grayson & Kat Graham

Great AdventureCaptain Grayson Graham has lived on boats and sailed his entire life. Born in Southern California, he sailed and played in the ocean from a very early age. When Grayson was five years old his family relocated to the Puget Sound, with family sailing adventures every summer. Digging clams, sailing camps, and wake boarding with his friends filled his youth. He became certified as a scuba diver at the age of twelve years old.   In 2004, along with his family, he sailed 7,000 miles, visiting seven countries and twenty-three islands from the Atlantic coast of France to the Caribbean. He went on to finish his high school career at Hawaii Preparatory Academy, where he met Catherine, the love of his life. In San Diego, he attended and graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelors degree in Business.   Recently, Grayson was at the helm of Great Adventure circumnavigating the Mediterranean and then crossing the Atlantic to the British Virgin Islands, logging nearly 8,000 miles. Today he has sailed over 18,000 miles.   For those interested in surfing, Grayson has surfed the Caribbean, Hawaii, and Southern California. Grayson is a licensed United States Coast Guard Captain and looks forward to sharing his passion for sailing and water sports with his guests aboard Great Adventure.

Chef/Hostess: Catherine (Kat) Rose Graham was born and raised in Bend, Oregon. She attended Hawaii Preparatory Academy for High School and just absolutely fell in love with the Islands. Catherine graduated from the Art institute of San Diego with her Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design.  Catherine’s love of the water developed on family rafting trips in Oregon and competing on the Ka Makani Outrigger canoe team while on the Big Island of Hawaii. Along with Captain Grayson, she has sailed and crewed in the Puget Sound and off the Coast of Southern California extensively. She loves to be creative and to explore her artistic side. Meeting new people, trying new things, and creative cooking are each some of her biggest passions. She added to her culinary skills by taking several professional cooking classes. In sailing Great Adventure over 8,000 miles between the Mediterranean and the British Virgin Islands, she was truly able to hone her culinary skills.   Preparing enticing meals is a passion for Catherine. With the use of fresh, local ingredients and focus on detail, her meals will exceed the expectations of her guests. The opportunity to combine both her passions of cooking and the water was enough for her to take a break from her career in graphic design and share the islands with her guests.

Tortilla Soup - A delicious light spicy soup with corn, beans, chicken topped with cheese, avocado, tortilla chips, served corn bread with honey butter
Chicken Skewers - With chicken, bell peppers, onions and pineapple, grilled to perfection, with a side salad and rice
Honey Glazed Salmon - With a browned butter sauce, served with grilled veggies
Avocado Pasta - Pasta with baby tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese with a creamy avocado sauce, served with a caesar salad

Captain Only:  $9,000 and Include all toys and amenities, EXCEPT for diving.  Guests get complete access to condiments and cooking products like seasonings and sauces, oils, vinegarx, etc... Just bring your food and booze. Provisioning Services are Readily available.

Half Boards: $150 discount per person
