Sabore Crew AColin, RYA Yacht Master, has the sea in his blood. From his first turn at the helm at the age of 5, while on his father’s knee, he proudly continues the family tradition established by his great grandfather who sailed the world on the Tea Clipper ships. Well qualified, with over 75,000 miles of sailing experience and an intimate knowledge of Caribbean waters, Colin will enhance your sailing vacation and make safety of paramount importance. 

Penny, a Qualified English Nanny who worked internationally, has a fun loving approach to life and is gifted in attending to people’s needs. She is an excellent chef and makes dining aboard Saboré very special, as each colorful and varied dish delights the eye and tantalizes the taste buds. She is also a RYA Day Skipper.

Rich, a graduate ofJohnson & Wales University, owned and operated Cassarino's Ristorante inProvidence's "Little Italy" for 20 years. The restaurant isconsistently rated the "Best Italian Restaurant in Providence". Henow brings his superior cooking and entertaining skills to the high seas. Eachmeal served aboard Sabore will be tailored to your tastes, from breakfast toscrumptious multi-course dinners.

Lisa, an accomplishedflorist and art/design degree holder, owned and operated a successful,high-volume flower shop in Providence, Floral Designs By LiRog. She has 20 years experience with event and party planning.
