located in the Southern Caribbean.
The island chain stretches from St Vincent to Grenada. This is a pristine area, not as heavily frequented as the BVI's.

Captain Ted Minnaar hails from South Africa. His past
experience is quite broad, Broadcast Television electronic engineering
and sales company, a Bush Pilot flying to remote game lodges in Africa
as well as a 'Gentleman' farmer breeding stud cattle. And his
great interest and pastime is cooking. He can always be found
joining Gina in the galley where they are able to create meals that have
their guest calling for more! He holds a current MCA approved
International Offshore Yachtmasters certificate.
Gina Minnaar grew up on the west coast of the USA.
Her background has been in commerce although she spent many years
working with an organization concerned with the welfare and future of
the Native American people. She is self motivated, loves traveling and
is a keen photographer. She enjoys cooking well prepared home style
food.
Gina's menu suggestions:

A selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, fruit juice
followed by:
Bacon & Eggs of your choice
French toast with your favorite trimmings
Toasted bagels with a selection of Cheeses and Preserves
Fresh ground coffee or tea Lunch:
Tacos w/fresh galley salad of the day
Pasta: Angel Hair, Linguini or Spaghetti served with your choice of
Sauce: Napolitano, Aribiatta or Pesto
Captain's Special Macaroni Cheese
Salad Nicoise served with a selection of various Breads
Spinach and Pasta Salad
Macaroni Tuna Salad
California Rolls Dinner:
Prawns al la Portuguese
Chateau Briand with Béarnaise Sauce
East Indian Beef Curry and Rice with Sambals
Grilled Lobster
Paella
Seafood Linguini
Followed by desserts, cheese & biscuits and after
dinner liqueurs

Ted and Gina are the perfect hosts. The meals they
prepared were scrumptious and delicious and far better than the meals we
had on land. I would safely characterize Ted and Gina's meals as
gourmet --I'm from San Francisco and we know great food.
Because of you, our honeymoon was much more than we
