Tim has skippered charter boats professionally and taught sailing since
1988. For several years, he cruised the Californian and Mexican coasts,
and also managed the prestigious Marina Cabo San Lucas, located in the
Baja Peninsula. He holds a BA from Harvard and was Stanford
University’s Head Golf Coach.
Marsha is a
trained chef. She specializes in Asian and Middle-Eastern cooking, and
but is equally happy to produce Western fare. Her personal favorites
tend toward the high-taste, low-fat end of the scale. For many
years she worked in the field of Health Communication.
