Meet your crew: Jean-Marc Guevara & Sophie Sovany

Jean-Marc has been working for 8 years aboard large catamarans from the BVI to Grenada and French Polynesia. His family has lived in Martinique for the past 11 years. He has crossed the Atlantic 12 times and Pacific once.

Sophie has 8 years experience in French and International Cuisine. she owned a restaurant in Martinique specializing in Creole. She was chef on a large catamaran and fell in love with this way of life and has not worked ashore since. She has made an Atlantic crossing and enjoys water sports.

Guests will enjoy freshly baked bread, lovely china. She will cater your meals from your preference sheets
