Williams
Euros was born and raised in the spectacular mountains of
North Wales. He started sailing extensively in his teens around
Wales, later delivering and racing boats between South England, the
Channel Islands and France. There he was a marine technician, while
completing many ocean crossings.
Emily was born on the lovely Island of Jersey,
situated in the Channel Islands between England and France. Since 2005
she has been a sous chef aboard a luxury charter catamaran and has
studied with an Australian chef, specializing in oriental and Thai
cuisine. Emily’s menu touches on flavours from around the world. Emily
holds a RYA Day Skipper Certificate, advanced first aid certificate and
she is also a PADI Rescue Diver.

Weekly Charter Rates include all meals and snacks, all hard
